Although it would not matter today, it would have mattered back then and Obama has spent his whole life concocting a father narrative. If Obama Sr. is not listed on the BC, Jr’s carefully constructed life story collapses. Jr admitted in i=one of his books that the BC had something on it that was a surprise to him when he found it.
