Interesting stuff.

The Pergamom facade looks a whole lot like our city library, which was originally built for a different purpose in 1909 by that den of blasphemy, the United States Postal Service.

Who woulda thought that every time I dropped by to check out a book I was actually kissing the rump of Beelzebub??

Pergamos had the second largest library at the time, after Alexandria. Gnostics have always claimed that Gnosticism is the religion of the educated and the rational. People that design such things, sometimes put more thought into it than people might think. The symbolism of a presidential nomination stage is not something that is done lightly or left to chance.
