I’m confused why they include 4 years of alaska’s information, when Sarah was Governor for 2.5 years.
If Alaska is like the rest of the country, those last 1.5 years were worse than the time she was Governor; I would expect her numbers would look even better if they didn’t include the part filled by her successsor during the Obama administration.
It would be interesting to see how much worse Alaska did after she left office.
Even though she was in office from December 2006 through July 2009, Palin’s governorship covers fiscal years 2008 (July 1, 2007 - June 30, 2008) through 2010 (July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010), because those are the years covered by the budgets over which she presided.
