I find every democrat living and dead to be offensive and an offense to the Constitution. It would be interesting if flyers were posted across campus detailing where to order both the mints as well as toilet paper with der Fuehrers face on it.

Joe Armstrong is black (he is listed as a member of several black organizations)--maybe instead of the word "offensive" he told the manager that the mints were "racist."

For all I know the manager is a liberal who was glad to have an excuse to get rid of the item, but he may also have worried that the legislator would make a public stink over the issue or use his political clout against the bookstore (like trying to get its state funding reduced).
