I wish that was all it was about. I think it is principally a way to reduce the whole of Congress down to a dozen corrupt insiders, and be done with this inconvenience of representative government. Like the EU, the Fed, and the UN, Congress will be governed by a small shadow government of spectacularly corrupt and vile elitists. Just watch.
