Forbes.com format these days is different. From what I can gather, they solicit these blogs as a means to find/test new content for the magazine. This article appears to fall short if that is the author's intent.

What is interesting is that even though the Japanese are a homogenous population their political leaders are just as dysfunctional as ours. It almost seems that worldwide in the developed nations there has not been an effective political leader born since 1930 or so...
