Let's go further than that and suggest ~ and I say just "suggest" ~ that Media Matters is actually involved in the Gunrunning stuff themselves ~ that "they know" and have more factoids at hand than anyone else but they're not telling.

About a year ago or so I signed up at Media Matters to get their newsletter and so I could 'comment' :-)
Well, I never made one comment because they are FREAKING NUTZ! Every 'article' is like it's from Alice In Wonderland and they're all high on LSD.
So now it does directly to 'Junk' and I don't give them one web hit. I don't want to unsubscribe as I want to keep their costs up ;-)
