you make some good points. and with the resurgence of Christianity in Russia, and their movement towards capitalism, we have much in common.
and could be good allies against Islam, which i think is by FAR the greatest danger in the world.
however, to be fair, your statement:
“All the tensions between two nations are fabricated by either side.” is not true.
maybe some is left over from the cold war, and benefits no one. however, Russian actions in Georgia, and stopping our anti-missile system from being put in Poland, were hardly “fabricated”.
(and the anti-missile system was insignificant against Russia. it was to protect against Iran. Russia should have applauded this, not stopped it.)
and Russia selling high-tech defense systems to Syria and Iran, and helping build Iran’s reactor, doesn’t help make the world better, or even more stable.
but i do think our interests will coincide more in the future, and hopefully, we will become true friends.

(you are very correct, that China, Al-Queda, and Islam in general, benefit from conflict between the USA and Russia.)

You make good points as well, but to be honest if Iran wants to nuke mainland US they won’t use an ICBM for many reasons. The bomb is to come in a cargo container.
Thus missile defence technology is incapable to counter Russian and Chinese arsenals, these are nations it is de-facto aimed at as soon as a technology improved.
And it looks ugly for Russian voters. For Russians who lost 30 million lives in WWII MAD doctrine is believed to be a key factor of why there wasn’t any new large scale conflict since 40s. If you want to look at Russian perspective imagine them building radar in Canada and missile base in Cuba and at the same time claiming it is to counter Panama. I bet every sane person would demand government to do something about it.
As for Georgian problem it has a lot of sides as well.
Russians may always say about double standards. In fact that Saakashvili did to his Osetian and Abkhazian minorities as same Saddam did to Iraqi Kurds. It is hard to explain to a Russian public why is it worth to bomb when pro-Russian Saddam and no-no to bomb pro-American dictator today for doing the same Saddam did.

That is the way they are thinking and there are might be numerous other viewpoints you and me and someone else finds as more appropriate but the reality is neither missile defence nor Georgia worth to make a steps empowering Al-Qaeda and China.
Not to mention it makes Russian childish but pretty effective zero sum steps to destabilize Central America and Middle East in return.
