There is evidence that he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. There is the name "Barry Soetoro" listed on that School Record from Indonesia. There is an offhand comment from his sister Maya. There is the name Soebarkah written on that passport document, which is purported to translate from Indonesian as the "Son of Soetoro." Also, Indonesian law grants automatic adoption to Children less than 5 years of age if an Indonesian citizen marries the child's mother.
What have you got as evidence that he wasn't adopted?
We cannot prove a negative, we can only say, correctly, that there is no evidence that Soetoro adopted him. The name used on a school registration form is no evidence of adoption.
Of course, if you want to keep repeating it ad infinitum, that is your right.
