I can't speak for Dakkster, but I am only interested in finding out what the truth is, and at the moment I place a very high probability on that scenario. Let me explain.

Remember those Naked Pictures of Stanley Ann Dunham? Well I figured out those were taken After Thanksgiving and Before Christmas of 1960. At this time Stanley Ann Was Pregnant a few weeks give or take.

Frank Marshall Davis was a Jazz connoisseur. He was one of the first, if not THE first person to teach a College courses on Jazz Music. One of the record Albums in the picture is a famous Jazz album called "Cuban Fire." Another Record Album in a different picture is Nat King Cole. The record collection is quite extensive. Jack Cashill mentioned that according to documentation he discovered, Stanley Ann and her dad liked to stop over at Davis' house to listen to Jazz records. A man like Barack Obama Sr. would be unlikely to have such an extensive collection of Jazz records as appears in the photograph. He was having a difficult enough time just making expenses.

Frank Marshall Davis was also an Avid Photographer. He specialized in photographing nudes. (In his book "Living' the blues" there are almost two pages discussing his introduction to Photography and how much he enjoyed photographing Naked women, and how easy it was to get them to do it.)

The Decor, (Lamps, Figurines) while not specifically Afro-Centric, would be perfectly at place in a Black Family's household. I have been in many black family households, and they seem to have an affinity for Lions and Tigers and such. Also their is an extensive book collection visible in one picture. I cannot make out the titles, but they seem to be Hardbacks. Completely reasonable for a well educated man such as Frank Davis.

Then there is the fact of the Christmas tree with presents beneath it and a Christmas sign on the wall. It would be reasonable to assume that Muslim Barack Obama Sr. would not likely have a Christmas tree in his apartment, and judging by all the presents under the tree, it is more likely the tree of a family. Frank Davis had a wife and four children at this time. The Stylish "Stripper shoes" which Stanley Ann is wearing would very likely be the property of Mrs. Davis, as both her and Frank liked to "swing."

I'm leaving out some other lesser details, but Finally, what are the Odds that a young woman who is partial to black men, is posing for someone but not having sex with him? Especially when you consider that Frank had a lot of experience talking young girls into bed? I would argue that she was posing for her lover, and that lover was not Muslim Barack, but Far more likely to be Worldly Frank Davis. The Alternative is that she was Having Sex with Barack only, but innocently posing nude for Davis. I happen to find that theory unlikely. Remember, this posing occurred just a few weeks after she became pregnant. It may also be possible that she was having sex with both men.

Anyways, unless you know something I don't, I wouldn't be so quick to discount Frank as the daddy, because as near as I can tell, all the evidence that doesn't come from Barack Obama, tends to point toward Davis as the father, with Barack Sr. as the "Beard" to keep both Davis' wife and Stanley's Father from finding out they were having sex.

If you can poke a hole in this theory, i'm all ears. Apart from that, some of the lawyer types have been saying that according to American law, it doesn't make any difference who the father really is, it only matters who is the Father of the marriage. All children born to a married couple are legally presumed to be the offspring of the Husband of the marriage. Barack Obama Jr. might be in the peculiar position of actually HAVING an American father, but Still being disqualified as a Natural Born Citizen because of a quirk in American law which takes his natural father away from him! (As far as the legal system is concerned.)
