The next thing you know, she or someone else in government will be demanding that McDonald’s change its “Happy Meal” to “Gay Meal”.

If there was a governmental action that forced McDonald’s to alter their Happy Meals then you might have a point.
However, a First Lady encouraging people to eat more healthy diets is the same as a First Lady encouraging kids to read or discouraging kids from using drugs.
