Yeah, salt is just a great thing for plumbing, must be why there is a rush to build these new reactors...not. Don't have to read, just browse the headlines for what happens when things go wrong and there is no answers so there is no preparation for a fix. It's all jury-rig.

You raise an interesting point about the effect of salt on plumbing. Obviously they need to use the right kind of materials for the plumbing. The Thorium LFTR concept was proven back in the 60s and 70s, so clearly they must have solved that basic engineering problem.
