who the hell is defending android or any other product? are you dense? because it is certainly not me pimping them.

You don’t justify one wrong by pointing to another wrong, did your folks not teach you that? ie, yeah, Apple is bad, but their bad too! If you read my posts, all IT companies pretty much suck, and what is worse is advertising them on FR, and pimping them as some conservative Holy Grail when they are not.

Get with it man.

You know, I always check someones posting history when I get into these matches on Swordmakers threads, because they are usually Apple bots, but this is not the case with you, and after skimming 3 pages of your posting history, there is not one post that I have found that I would disagree with you on. How you have interpreted that I am defending anything is beyond me. I suggest another cup of coffee FRiend, because if you have a beef with Google, well, I’m right there with you.

The subject of this thread is Android. You decide to chime in on it solely to bash Apple and to exalt in a perceived loss of momentum by Apple to, wait for it, ANDROID.

How can we not think you are a defender of Android (and Google)?

Now you're right in that the the left coast IT companies all lean to the left including Apple.

Swordmaker is right, however, in saying that Apple is far less political (hence leans less to the left) than its competitors in Redmond and Menlo Park.

In fact, Jobs appears to be getting a little conservative in his old age.

He's ripped the teachers unions and publicly called out enviro-loons and is fighting to keep porn off iPhone & iPad apps.

Now, I'm not saying you should expect to see Jobs wearing an I Heart Sarah Palin button, but as IT CEOs go he really is likely more conservative than average.
