For the most part, we have free trade with Canada and Mexico. We do not have free trade with China.

Canada and Mexico happen to be our largest trading partners.

Free Trade with Mexico is probably not a good example for you to make. We put alot of their farmers out of business with cheap corn. In turn, millions of displaced ag workers flooded across the borders, overwhelmed our educational and public assistance systems, and displaced native workers.

You're right. We don't have "free trade" with China. It's worse than that. We give them pretty hefty advantages over our domestic businesses. They get to sell into our markets basically duty-free, but don't have to pay into our system. Meanwhile, there are prohibitive market barriers to selling into China unless you're talking ag products or raw resources. Our trade relationship with China is skewed quite heavily in their favor. Having to deal with the EPA and OSHA doesn't help, but that's not really the whole story.
