I think it is established that the document posted on WH dot gov is a forgery created on a computer. So we can assume that the two copies waved on the TV camera’s were printed from that computer generated image. Therefore there were no copies generated in HI, there was no plane trip to pick them up, there was no Fuddy witnessing the copies being made.....
What you think is established is going to be tough to prove in a court of law, before a grand jury or in front of a Congressional committee.

Additionally there has been an Index file entry for “Obama, Barack H., Male” in the 1961 birth index of all Hawaii births that has been available for public inspection for many years now.

Finally, if anyone wants to see exactly what the state of Hawaii has on file or doesn’t have on file for Barack Hussein Obama II, they need a COURT ORDER from a judge to gain access to the file. A court order is NOT a subpoena. It must be issued by a judge.
Hawaii law states that a copy of a confidential birth record can be released to: “a person whose right to inspect or obtain a copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction.”—Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-18 (b).
Somewhere, someone posted 2 different photograhed in person, pics of the Birth Index. They were different on different dates. Suggesting that again somethin stinks in HI.
Why you have ignored my point is curious. I did not questions the one's birth place. I simply pointed out that the document is phony. I would also point out that there are plenty of expert witnesses that would testify in front of a Congressional committee. Here is the real problem.

I have two issues with this statement and what it means.
1.) Anyone who voted for Obama cannot be very happy that he has not allowed access to these records and in fact has been fighting access for over 4 years.
2.) The NBC clause in the Constitution was written by honorable men for honorable men. An honorable man would not have even run knowing his was ineligible.
You seem to be happy with both of the above.
Is it too much to ask that an Article of the Constitution should outweigh the privacy law of a state? Be Honest.
