There are at least five cops. They couldnt roll him over? So they had to beat and kick? Sorry, I disagree with the degree of force. We don't see what happened up to the point he was handcuffed and on the ground. He could have given the cops reason to be concerned at that point. The cops did have the Taser brought over and gave him warning prior to Tasing him.
My point is, y'all are always judging on first impressions, and the guy's lawyer is the one driving this story. Not exactly a neutral party.

You think there may be a possibility that in his drunk and beaten state that the victim here maybe could not completely comprehend what the jackboots cops were demanding of him?
