The blogger is sensationalizing a nothing story; the fact that a request for documents regarding "Barry Soetoro" has been filed, with apparently till now no results. This is not the same thing as lying. It is attempting to infer information from a lack thereof.

You are missing the point. The location of Obama’s birth is irrelevant. The INS records are clear that the father was not a US citizen, therefor Obama is not a natural born citizen, which requires both parents to be citizens at the time of birth, but he is a citizen by birth if born in US territory. That is an important Constitutional difference.
