He’s King Midas in reverse, much of what he touches turns into Cash for Clunkers, or $278,000/job “stimulus”. He campaigns well, and rasies lotsa money, but even his liberal press synchophants are beginning to admit he is not a leader, and that “making occasionally-pretty speeches” isn’t “governing”, by any stretch, and they are also pointing out that a nationalized health insurance system upgrade the makes thousands of companies beg for waivers probably ain’t much of an upgrade.
Half of them are hard at work to defend “Sanctuary Cities” and to make sure the police CANNOT ask defendants about their immigration status....
While the other half are hard at work to make sure that if police DO NOT tell an illegal immigrant they have the right to speak to their consulate, they are given an automatic get out of jail free card.
(Not surprisingly, no one is at work on the soothsayer that could tell the police someone is an illegal immigrant without asking them!)
That should just about accomplish it. The “it” being the liberal mantra that all criminals must be coddled, and all crime must be blamed on the victim.
If the government ever gives amnesty and voting rights to illegal immigrants, you will witness the death of Texas. It could become another Kollyfornia.
