I labor to educate my students to research both sides of every issue and make informed decisions on any topic presented them.

Research both sides of every issue? Really?

So?....Can there really be “both sides” to human sacrifice and ripping the beating hearts of living victims? Can there be “both sides” to cannibalism? Can there be “both sides” to slavery and human trafficking or piracy? How about taking scissors shoving them into the brains of fully formed and mostly born infants seconds before their first breath? How about scrambling the brain matter and sucking the gelatinous mass into surgical suction jars?

Really? How can there be “both sides” to that?

Hm? Is that served with cookies and milk?

Are you serious? Are you THAT dense that you cannot figure out that the implication is that any issue which has two rational and opposing viewpoints is examined from BOTH perspectives? Are you to tell me that you, as a supposedly intellectually mature person, cannot grasp that basic concept? Did you honestly believe that I would promote such topics, yet maintain gainful employment?

Does abortion not exist? How is it intellectually honest to simply TELL students that abortion is wrong? Should they not do the research and figure it out for themselves? Does it not present a unique opportunity for them to actually experience the horrors, as opposed to simply be told they exist?

The entire point of the students doing research on the realities of both sides of issues is to see the truths not revealed to them by the media or other avenues of the education system.
