Stephen Moore of the Wall Street Journal appeared on Your World with Neil Cavuto on Wednesday morning and called attention to President Obamas inaccurate statement at that mornings debt reduction press conference, that the much hated and reviled millionaires and billionaires are enjoying the lowest tax rates since before I was born. Steve then went on to correctly cite the Reagan years, the George H. W. Bush presidency and others when the top tax rate was lower than the current rate. In summation, Steve Moore stated that President Obama obviously misspoke.
Steve, you are one of the sharpest knives in the drawer, as evidenced by the number of times you are invited to appear on various Fox News programs, and when you speak, I, for one, listen carefully to what I expect will be a factual declaration.
But, really, Steve misspoke?
How often did we hear our President, George W. Bush, called a liar from the floor of the Senate or House? Democrats frequently use that word and worse with abandon when trying to make one of their preposterous points.
On the other side of the double standard, when Congressman Joe Wilson (R-SC) dared to shout, You lie, during one of Obamas endlessly numerous health care speeches, I fully expected to hear Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer yell, Get a rope, like youd hear in a Gene Autry horse opera. Im sure Rep. Wilson is still feeling the effects of his understandable outburst.
If Barack Obama were a person of normal intelligence, you might expect him to occasionally misspeak during an impromptu question-and-answer session.
But when Barack Obama, a recognized genius, a Nobel Prize winner, arguably the most intelligent president this country has ever had, whose I.Q. is off the charts, makes blatantly misleading statements in a televised press conference, he aint misspeaking, Steve.
HES LYING!!
You guys have got to start telling it like it is!!
Press treats Obi like an endangered specie. Hands off. He is after all, the greatest community organizer/golfer turned President in our nation’s history.
Since the current highest marginal rate is the highest since 1992, Obama must be admitting that he was born in 1993 or later, therefore is at most 18 years old, and is therefore ineligible to be President.
Either that, or you know, he’s, um, lying through his teeth.
Admittedly, he acts less mature than an 18 year old, but this is to be expected of liberals.
Rates my be lower but so are what is the income level required to reach each bracket. Today the government is collecting a greater percentage by far of an individual's gross earnings than ever. Corporate tax rates are second highest in the industrialized world.
I’m with Mark Halperin on this one.
(Oh my!)
Mark Halperin, editor-at-large for Time, called President Obama a dick on Thursday on a popular MSNBC morning show and then quickly apologized.
I thought he was a dick yesterday, Halperin, who also is a senior political analyst for MSNBC, said on Morning Joe, referring to the Presidents conduct during his press conference.

If the sycophantic, state-run, propaganda wing of the Obama administration (a.k.a. the lame-stream media) treats The Emperor Obama with kid gloves, theres not much we can do (except devise a suitable plan for how we can adequately reward them for their complicit efforts in sticking us with this loser).
But weve got to get our guys off of this nice-guy, high-road approach to political rhetoric. The Democrats gloves came off decades ago, and wed better wise up, and quickly!
I’m just sayin’.
Good points, all.
Hes ineligible (and/or inadequate) on oh, so many levels!
And they wonder why businesses, jobs and dollars are going offshore at such a frightening rate!
We are either committing national suicide or being destroyed from within (actually, both).
Can’t argue with that kind of eloquence, can you?
