If I’m reading the last paragraph right, you have to be defending yourself against a law signed by Obama to have standing to challenge his eligibility and thus the law’s legitimacy.

So... we just need a bunch of people to get arrested or fined for not complying with Obamacare, and they will have standing.

You may even see some pigs flying by as well.
