“Have no idea what this will mean to the water levels at Cooper.”

No effect on the plant I have read today.

So far the news is good on the levee breach 3 miles north of Brownville for Cooper. Water dropped at Brownville by one foot due to breach. However, levels will rise back up to where they were by Sunday. And then rise higher by 3 to 5 inches according to the Army Corps of Engineers. The bottom line is that water wants to go where it has gone in previous floods. Upstream and downstream levee breaches are just pathways the water will take until it eventually gets to where gravity and topography takes it. But so far good news.
