Even if she was part of an ‘anti-police’ group, she was standing on her private property, completely acting within her legal rights. There was absolutely no indication of any probable cause of a law being violated, eminent danger, and obviously no warrant.

I’m not one to bash LEOs, I think the 90% good ones are being tarnished by the 10% bad ones, however, if the video tape tells an honest tale, she was in the right.

This is similar to all other matters of rights- they are inherent. Laws are there to protect our inherent rights and limit infringement of those rights. It has become bass-ackwards.

“There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible to live without breaking laws.” - Ayn Rand

Sorry, I suspect her motives. Her tone on the video was
snarky especially her comment about needing fresh air.
The only way to know is to see the police video of what
happened BEFORE she started taping.

There is a hint (in the comments) about her being right
on top of them. The police asked her to move back. But
like a child who stubbornly does what he is told by backing
up exactly one inch, this woman (may have) obeyed in
rebellious increments until she was finally told to go into
her home.

Show me the police video before I hang the officer.
