At this point it only makes me more assured that the two do
not mean the same thing because, on a citizenship level, Obama is not
my "Kind". I have two citizen parents who were born in the US. Neither of them were foreigners.
Their parents were born in the US to citizens. It isn't until I go back three generations, and only then on my Mother's side of the family, that immigration comes into play.
So as I understand it I'm a natural born citizen. Obama is a native born citizen (due to the nature of his Mother's citizenship) with dual citizenship because of his purported Father's citizenship.
Am I getting this right so far in your book?
