Its an all volunteer military. If an enlistee doesn't intend to do what the military requires, he should apply for a discharge or not join in the first place.

Muslims who make this claim have no business collecting a military paycheck. If they feel they are being forced to choose between their religion and service to their country, then they need to pick which one they feel is most important.

Otherwise, they are unlawful combatants wearing a U.S. military uniform and should be treated as such.
