Intermingling of church and state?

Apparently the writer never read the Declaration of Independence all the way to the end. If they had they would have found this at the end:

“With firm reliance on divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor”

“Divine Providence”.....that’s GOD my friend. They involved Him from the beginning.

I know this is semi-satire — but, a lot of “serious” commentators are saying the same thing about the reading level of Palin’s writing.

They're all missing the point. A writer is supposed to write for his reader. A CEO needs to be able to write clearly. A politician needs to be understood by most adults. Palin’s writing is written at exactly the right reading level — maybe a little too high for the general public.
