Discussion on that thread shows that what is outlawed is selling you a paper that says you have, say, 100 oz of gold that they’ll hold for you. They must deliver the gold to you within 28 days, instead.
So it stops someone selling you gold or silver that they don’t/won’t have w/i 28 days for delivery.
It doesn’t stop buying/selling the physical product.
That one scared me, too, until I read it.
Whew, I read that too later today!
Still, it scares me what this fake president is capable of and I put nothing past him. God help us all survive this awful time in our country.
