Nah, lots of inexpensive sushi is quite safe. The trick is that the sashimi is irradiated, killing all the potential biologicals. It’s no where near the quality you’ll get at a 4 star Japanese place, but I have developed a taste for it. I usually buy the seaside combo at the grocery store and pop it in my mouth on the drive home.
