FEMA is obviously gathering data and pooling it in some kind’a data base that the BATF and SWAT elements are using to select which house to burglerize and/or which innocent to shoot.
This would be the same FEMA that gave away debit cards like they were gummi bears after Katrina, which resulted in fraud on a massive scale?
