Nope. Representatives and Senators cannot be impeached. Check your pocket Constitution.

They have the right to expel, but that has been used very rarely, mostly those who supported the Confederacy.

Pretty unlikely I'd guess. Tony is taking the "rehab" route. Republicans would be evil to add the stress of impeachment hearings.

Other than possibly that 17 year old thing, has he broken any laws that would warrant impeachment?

Not that I have a lot of remorse if he were booted but I'd kind of like for him to stay to be "the face" of the rat party for the 2012 elections.

If he is run out of congress, he will be replaced with another rat anyway.
