Exactly. Obama would not have had black hair if Malcolm x were his father. Malcolm had reddish hair and skin the same shade as Obama today.
Not reddish, actual red hair. Before his conversion he was called ‘Detroit Red.’ Malcolm was also a real mensch when it came to marital fidelity. Calling out Elijah Muhammad for his marital indiscretions is what ultimately led to his death. This whole idea about Malcolm X is just not historical and goes against pretty much everything we know about the former black muslim leader... and we know quite a lot. He was certainly not hiding under a rock during the time of his active career. Unlike Obama, Malcolm X’s auto-biography along with co-writer Alex Haley is properly credited.
I’m not saying you can’t be cynical about the man, there’s plenty of room for that, but this takes cynicism about him to sheer absurdity.
