Im well aware of Democrats fondness for shenanigans in an election. Ive studied histories and accounts of the election of John F. Kennedy. And we all remember the New Black Panthers strategy in Pennsylvania in 2008.
Now amid the hullabaloo over Rep. Anthony Weiners appendage, some Democrats have gone so scared theyve decided to try to throw the GOP Primary.
On Facebook theres a group page called Democrats for Ron Paul in GOP Primary 2012. There arent that many membersonly 434 people have clicked like. I am certain where theres one group theres another. Progressives are famous for group thinktheyre a very easy voting bloc to manipulate for that reason.
On the Facebook page there are no administrative names. Whether this page is part of some organized effort or simply constructed by a terrified Obama fan I dont know.
Heres how the Info page allegedly created by a lifelong Democrat explains it: I support Barack Obama for President in 2012, just like I did in 2008. In light of the rising tide of the neo-conservative Tea Party movement and the losses by the Democratic Party in the midterm elections, however, I think it is important that progressives (while campaigning vigorously for President Obama to win the general election) do all we can to exclude the war-mongering, anti-gay, anti-civil liberty, Bush-era breed of Republicans from even having a remote chance
The page directs Democrats to vote for Rep. Ron Paul in the GOP Primary.
The organizer seems to forget Obama has started new wars, and you can bet your unemployment check there werent any weapons of mass destruction or threats to the U.S. from...

No, I just have a good picture of Ron in a military uniform.
And I know that most Americans, certainly most Conservative Republicans, respect military service.
I think we can both agree that the Republican nominee should be a Veteran.
I like Paul, who do you like that’s a Veteran?
All you got are photoshops, huh?
I certainly don't. Colin Powell would be a better President than Reagan? You are a Pualite, aren't you.
How about John Forbes Kerry, decorated war hero?
Still bashing the Military I see.
Veteran is most certainly better than non veteran, all else being equal.
McLame over Palin? McLame would be the better President?
Ok, exemption for women.
Let’s come up with a list of candidates for President who supported Ronald Reagan in 1976 and 1980, who are veterans.
Ron Paul.
Who else?
I guess what you’re saying is that, although Ron Paul has the best record of getting Reagan elected of anyone else running, you still don’t like him? Unless you can come up with someone better?
Cut and run supports cindy sheehan’s efforts to destroy America, is that the type person you want to lead America?
Right.
ROFL
I think Ron Paul is as much of a joke as his rabid, worshipful followers are.
I know it did not came from you. You support America and our troops. I was replying to an anti-American who supports someone who is another blame America first anti-American.
I should have also pinged the so called truth and freedom.
So I'm supposed to support someone who supported RR 36 years ago?
That's the criteria ?
I agree with about 80 % of what Ron Paul believes, the other 20 % is so whacked out and out of left field it makes him a no vote everyday of the week.
The ONLY way I would vote for him if was the candidate running against Obama
Well, if those were the criteria, Ron would win.
He’s the only Veteran.
But, no, those aren’t the only criteria. But for some, they are important criteria.
Romney would people to think he’s conservative. With all the RR pics, Ron Paul has what should appear like visual proof that he’s been a conservative a long long time.
If people are looking for consistent conservative beliefs, and not someone who sounds good, but said and did the opposite a couple years ago, they’ll like the RR pics.
Herman Cain also served.
...OK except Ron Paul is a self proclaimed Libertarian which is not a traditional Conservative
