A “foreign trade” zone is open to all foreign countries - like China’s Shenzhen zone north of Hongkong.
That’s not what this is.
The only equivalent would be if Shenzhen belonged to America.
Until it does, this is folly bordering on true treason.
No doubting the treason behind it nor the fascist transition into the free trade zone concept.
