Mmmmmm, Mmmmmmm, Mmmmmmm, BARAK HUSSIAN OBAMA!!! You really are the MAGIC NEGRO, ain’t ya?
Smoke Nazis strike again killing businesses.
you would truly be suprised how incorrect your statement is.
They are learning that every vote counts ... if you want to vote for a socialist, then you really can’t complain ... you are getting what you voted for ... and staying in business is not part of the socialist doctrine.
story says it's been around 70 years
takes a REAL socialist like Baraq to kill those off
As an Ohioan (and a non-smoker) I have to tell you that the smoking ban really has done harm to businesses here. Especially anyplace that serves alcohol.
Just out of curiosity, are there any studies that show this? I mean, NC — supposedly the tobacco capital of the world — banned smoking several years ago and nobody seemed to notice.
Regardless, my point was, to be able to point to Obama — and ONLY Obama — would be better than pointing to Obama and ANYthing else.
The truth hurts, doesn't it?
I'm actually surprised that comment made it into the article because that is normally a no-no. News reports seem to be required to print that everything is hunky-dory with smoking bans, regardless of the facts.
Phrased that way, I agree with you.
As to your other comment, about nobody noticing, I totally disagree with you. It happens to be an issue I have worked on and studied for more than 20 years.
Funny. Before I even got to your comment, I was thinking “Somebody cue up The Hollies’ ‘King Midas in Reverse’”
I see nothing related to this at that link.
The truth doesn’t hurt me at all. Of course, there was not truth there anyway...only opinion.
So would that make you an Ohioan and a drinker?
That is correct, although my bar days ended long ago. Family life and bars don't mix.
It is truth to that owner and to hundreds of others and their employees across the country...........
Not a lot of “meat” there... but I will say this is a really asinine thing to say:
However, advocates such as Mandy Burkett of the department of health view the ban as a long term investment. I don’t think this has been an unreasonable cost for enforcement, I think the costs will be recouped by savings in other areas, particularly healthcare costs, said Burkett.
Big government doubletalk as usual...the health departments of America have been trying to control the citizenry for 50 years.
