To: Absolutely Nobama; Envisioning; waterhill

When I was younger, I supported the concept of the United Nations; thought it was a good idea, if flawed in its execution. But the more I think about it, the whole concept is flawed. Can there ever be a truly unbiased international organization? Probably not. Should we even try to have one? Unsure. I know one thing. I am ready for the United Nations to find a new home. As far away as possible. (Don’t want us to leave the U.N., we need to keep an eye on it, but we can cut back our funding.)

Just one surly curmudgeon’s rant.

If the answer to any given problem boils down to “more government” as the answer... The cure will be worse than the original disease.
