Doesn’t need to MTB. Huck organized through the churches and pastors. It was quite effective and very low cost.
I know this well - I was organizing for Thompson and the Huck guy in our county did it right under everyone’s nose. Absolutely smoked every other candidate here. Our county is across the river from Nauvoo so Romney had a great presence here.
That’s why she hired Rollins - to tap that network.

It seems so obvious, doesn’t it? Rollins took Huckabee from practically non-existent on a shoe string to 2nd in the 2008 primaries...Bachmann won’t have much money and looks to do the same thing.

The problem is Rollins has zero contention to the church network.
That was %100 Huckabee. They were voting for a man who spoke their language and were motivated by his faith.
Does Rollins move in those circles? No.
Rollins in an uptight Washington RINO who doesn't know anything about religion.
Word on the street is that Pawlenty has already been putting out together buses...

Rollins isn't very good with religious people or minorities when he can't pay them off.
He got into trouble with bribing black ministers before.
2008 was all Huckabee's personality and charm.
