The only way this law will work is if they actually arrest these thugs and tell the Federal Courts to Go Pound Sand when they order their release. When I see Gov Perry and The Atty General demand the Immediate Arrest of Any Federal Judge attempting to Usurp the Rights of a Free and Independent State, then we are in business and on the road back to Freedom. We shall see.

All well and good but I thought the real problem was called Dewhurst. Even tho this bill or one similar gets a 2nd life that doesn’t mean much in the world of politics. Hope you all in TX get to fly w/o the requirement to be molested first. It might even embolden the rest of the milquetoast states to follow suite. Wouldn’t that be great!
