I emailed FOX too, and following is their response. Signature is Bret Baier but he wasn’t the host on Special Report that night.

“I was told by my staff.. that when they refreshed the poll during the commercial break - there was a big jump in Bachmann votes.. and those WERE the real results. There were late votes..

I believe my staff.. and always will - they are solid -trustworthy journalists.
