It isn’t true. The Norwegian police report on which this story is based (Voldtekt i den Global Byen) divides rape into five categories. In ONE of those categories (random assault rape), all the reported attackers were non-Western.
The overall figures for 2010 are that 48.7% of registered perpetrators were identified as being of European ethnic origin, 19.7% were African, 15.1% Middle Eastern, 14.1% Asian and 2% American (page 52 of the report - you can translate it online).
Why don't you go over there yourself and bring us a full report?

Just as obviously, the liberals who invited them in are the root of the problem.
These two facts together justify the exile of 100% of both groups to somewhere else, preferably not to any civilized country. Perhaps to an ice-capped Arctic island.

The stats are true and are for Oslo.
They involve what the Norwegian call “assault rapes”. The total cases in the last five years number 86 I believe.
Assault rapes are rapes were the rapist attacks a woman he doesn’t know and rapes her. Usually there is horrific violence or threat of violence involved.
THis year they also included stats for all rape categories such as, “rapes within relationships”, “date rapes” etc.
Non western immigrants also dominated those state, but to a lesser degree. I think it generally was something like 2/3’rds.
The numbers are from the Oslo police department, and have been extensively covered here even on our main state broadcaster as their main news item (Our equivalent of the BBC).
The entire Police report is available to download from the Police as a pff file, though I assume it is in Norwegian.

You are right. This headline is not accurate. All assault rapes in Oslo are committed by non western immigrants. In an earlier report the Oslo Police specifically mentioned kurds and Africans. Just from reading the news report of the years it is blatantly obvious that many of the perps are from Somalia, but also quite a few from the Northern African countries such as Morocco. I am not sure of the extent of involvement from sub-saharan Africa Asia.
From what I have gathered of anecdotal evidence is that our largest immigrant groups, the pakistanis, have relatively little involvement with these assault rapes.
The police did however also this year publish number for all rapes, subdivided into categories such as date rapes etc, and non-westerners also committed a majority of these, yet nowhere close to 100 percent. I think it was something like 66 percent.

It the vid looks similar it’s because the same channel and the same police woman talked a previous version of this report a few years back. This update which include five years of data was aired on wednesday last week I believe.

If you do go over there - watch your step. Look what happened to Julian Assange. He is up on rape charges in Scandanavia, and he is Australian, not a Muslim, and white as snow. The circumstances of the alleged assaults show the rape laws to be very odd.
Yeah, he used his minor celebrity status to talk a couple of liberal skanks (yeah, I know that's redundant) into bed: and had sex with one of them the next morning before she was awake.
