Speaking of Boeing, there is the new plant coming to Charleston, SC, but since a huge earthquake has been predicted there, it puzzles me over the choice of that particular site. The unions are up in arms, as south has several ‘right to work’ states.

So what? Earthquake prediction is a highly uncertain science. If we were to abandon all the areas in the US that might have a big earthquake sometime, we'd need to take over all of Mexico and a piece of Canada to accommodate the refugees. I'm sure Boeing is capable of building an earthquake resistant airplane factory.

Meanwhile, the GOP needs to be beating Obama over the head with the NLRB's decision in the Boeing case!

I agree with your last statement. As for the other, it was an observation, since SC is a very large state, so don’t take it personally.
