Speaking of Boeing, there is the new plant coming to Charleston, SC, but since a huge earthquake has been predicted there, it puzzles me over the choice of that particular site. The unions are up in arms, as south has several ‘right to work’ states.
Of course, when the Navy Base went out more than a decade ago, it did leave a huge hole economically, with lots of empty spaces.
