“Here in PA. it’s the rage with the bigtime and mid-level drug dealers. I have seen them in restaurant parking lots making deals. When I call the local police, and give the license plate number, they say “We’ll look into it.”
Here in White/Hispanic wino country, our local DA and police are very tough on drug dealers. The mobile guys get arrested on a regular basis. A $50,000 black suv with the rotating wheel covers, wouldn’t be able to do business very long in any parking lot.
So the druggies drive south to Vallejo, west to Fairfield or into Oakland/Richmond to get their drugs. Those trips could become a one way trip for some due to the violence potential in those areas.
