That too. I remember a case where a woman in NJ had multiple IDs and was collecting welfare under each one. .

That's one reason why I would favor fingerprinting applicants and running matches against existing welfare clients.

Of course getting an honest job wasn’t something to be considered because they didn’t pay enough.
