A very personal, frank and clear apology from Schultz. No wiggle room language or blame shifting or talk about a “mistake.” Shultz just admitted that he was wrong and that he is ashamed of his disgraceful behavior, and personally apologized to Laura, his family, and his employer on whose time and network he misbehaved. Sadly, this is an impossible thing for most people to do. Good for him.
