It’s supposed to be released this October, just as the political season gets started.

If the voters are convinced that this technology will help them with their home heating and electricity bills — and will help revive the economy — they won’t stand for a candidate that comes out against it.

But it will NOT be released in the US, according to the article, It appears the US has already Outlawed it.
