Her interviews are quickly becoming laced with doses of victimhood

Can you point to some examples?

She’ll pull a tiny percentage of indies and even smaller portion of minorities.

So you're saying we need a candidate that caters to minorities? How would a candidate go about doing this?

Blue dog dems won’t vote for her and polling has always shown moderate republicans aren’t excited over her.

What political positions should Sarah adopt or abandon in order to win the support of moderate republicans and blue dog democrats?

Palin’s victimhood ...

I found some interest in a comment by Cal Thomas. It may be a psychological play on conservatives values of GOP voters for perceived attacks on a woman. One of those unintended matches that click. When being thin-skinned is your primary M.O. ... Try a keyword search and you'll find 420,000 hits on “Palin” and “victimhood”. And yes, you'll find tons of conservative and unbias sources.

Your examples (just a few) ...
* she positioned herself as the victim after the Arizona/ Gifford shooting.

* whining over Caroline Kennedy being treated better than her while she campaigned (Ziegler documentary). Event she was shown Kennedy was hammered... the video, yes video, misrepresented her.

* Palin couldn't name a book she's read during the Couric interview. Not her fault...Couric set her up with that tricky question.

* she may not win because men have it so much easier (Oprah interview); “I don't think I was to blame for losing the race.”

* Family Guy? They go after everyone....there's Palin standing on a martyr's soapbox for several wks complaining about her treatment.

* Newt's a big boy....I dont think he needs Palin crying racism for Newt on every network (David Gregory).

* Rham sent an email using the phrase “f*** retarded” to describe other dems. Was it wrong and boneheaded? Of course! Nonetheless Palin milked that as an intro to other topic interviews for nearly a month. Disappointing to see her jump off topic so quickly. Did she go after Beck for his following similar, sans vulgarity, comment? Of course not. How about the same situation with Rush? Naaah.

* Why did she step down as governor of Alaska. Because of the media (not honest).

* McCain's fault, her/his handlers, her staff, establishment GOP, the media, bloggers.... Who else did she blame for 2008 while on Oprah.

* the entire MSM is out to get her. Yes, they're difficult and unfair. Having said that ... please reference her family's new income status as a result. That street is paved both ways.

I could go on with examples for days ...

Electability?

Recent polling, from several of the agencies, show Palin’s negative rating to be the highest among potential GOP candidates. More than double most of them.

Her floor voting block is believed to be around 36-38%. Obama’s is about 44%. Then you begin looking at independents and swing votes. How many latinos campaigned with Palin? How about african-americans? Asian? You get my point ...

Unfortunately, the vast majority of our population isn't as skeptical of the media as necessary. Is Palin singled out? Yes.. its fairly obvious. Does she handle it well? Not even close.

Reagan's biggest asset was his charm, likability and quick wit. Palin is the polar opposite... that's another major flaw with Reagan comparisons. Strong conservative beliefs alone cannot win an election and Palin is missing several intangibles.
