I don’t remember exactly. The guy refused to leave the school and they called the town cops. He still refused. Arrested.

The proper thing to do would have been to keep the kid out of school on that day or days and notify the media. The worst thing to do is break the law.

This applies whether you live in Assachusetts or in Wyoming.

He didn’t leave the school because he was told he was not allowed to opt his daughter out. So he remained peacefully on the premises asking that the school respect the law and not force his daughter into pro-homosexual indoctrination. So they arrested him.

The point is, this is the type of place MA is. If you are a father who cares, and who tries to keep your very young daughter from being propagandized into the homosexual lifestyle, you will be arrested.

But you go ahead and defend the practice. It’s called a police state, and evidently you’re happy with it.

David Parker — his arrest, court appearances, abuse by school officials, harrassment by pro-gay activists in town, and federal civil rights lawsuit!

If they had to call in the cops that suggests they didn't have a trained officer on the premises who knows how to deal with parents.

The best cops at schools are the ones who immediately move the school administrators off the scene so they aren't standing there heckling and aggravating the situation.

Thanks for posting the details. I remembered it as a daughter, not a son.

So is the bottom line that he lost everything, and was told he has no rights as a parent? It looks that way, from what I read at your link. That, to me, is a good summation of the MA mindset: the State is supreme. It can do anything it wants—including break the law. It *owns* your kids. You, the parent, have no rights. If you try to assert that you do, you’ll be locked up in jail.

What a hellhole.

PS: One more thing about King and King. Everybody notes that the two kings fall in love, marry, and live happily ever after. What very few mention is that all the princesses are depicted as fat, ugly, lazy and stupid. So it’s not just a pro-homosexual propaganda piece—it’s also a filthy example of glaring misogyny. But in the gay world of Mass PC, happy homos trump woman-hating.

What a stinking crock.

Gee he wasn’t in the White House long...

He was in long enough to do some insidious damage. And the reason he's leaving isn't the right reason.

All promoters of child molestation, sexual harrassment, and abuse of children, belong in the cage with bubba. May Jennings burn hot. Somewhere, someplace, an electric chair is waiting for creatures like Jennings.

No, I’m not happy with it. But you obey the police. If they tell you to leave, you leave and work within the system such as it is. Period, end of story. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.00.

School: we are going to sexually abuse your 6 yo.

Father: that’s against the law.

School: shut up and leave.

Father: all I’m asking is that you obey the law and allow my child to opt out.

School: we’re calling the cops.

Father: I’m being peaceful and reasonable. There’s no need to arrest me.

School: take him to jail. Lock him up, and teach the community a lesson. The school/State is absolute. Parental rights are illegal.

End of story.

So your solution is to allow the illegal sexual molestation of the young child go forward. Then later, after it’s taken place and the harm to the child is a done deal, you act.

That’s sick.

Hold on a second. Nobody was going to sexually molest the child. That is against the law. Please post evidence of this.

The young child was about to be taught that women are boring, fat, ugly, ignorant, lazy and stupid. He was to be taught that if he wanted an interesting and intelligent spouse he needed to ‘marry’ a man. That is raping the mind of a child too young to know better. It’s the destruction of his morals and his sexuality, while he’s still too young to put up a defense. It’s teaching him that the Judeo-Christian concept of marriage is a hate crime. [That’s why the teachers allowed the child to be beaten black and blue on the playground: because it’s a crime in MA to oppose homosexual recruitment/propaganda.]

If you can’t see the abuse, then why are you posting on a conservative site? Liberals are the ones who think there is no harm in teaching young children about the superiority of homosexual relationships. Conservatives see the deep and lasting abuse in such indoctrination, and oppose it with courage and conviction.

That's an interesting way to put it and I don't disagree with you but that isn't illegal unfortunately. My son would have already been prepared and was. Let's continue.

It’s the destruction of his morals and his sexuality, while he’s still too young to put up a defense.

It's up to us to prepare that defense. I have. They can try and throw any crap they want at my son. He's thoroughly prepared and knows what and what not to say.

It’s teaching him that the Judeo-Christian concept of marriage is a hate crime. [That’s why the teachers allowed the child to be beaten black and blue on the playground: because it’s a crime in MA to oppose homosexual recruitment/propaganda.]

Beaten black and blue? Did I miss something?

If you can’t see the abuse, then why are you posting on a conservative site?

I can see it and I'm conservative as they get. To the right of Attilla the Hun.

Liberals are the ones who think there is no harm in teaching young children about the superiority of homosexual relationships. Conservatives see the deep and lasting abuse in such indoctrination, and oppose it with courage and conviction.

Agreed. But you have to obey the law. You have to work within the current system as good or bad as it is.

Rosa Parks was arrested for failing to obey segregation laws. In her case, she was clearly on the wrong side of the law: she was breaking it. According to you, she should have grovelingly stood, bowed in shame to the white woman, and shuffled to the back of the bus.

No thanks, Legalist. There are laws that need to be broken, and there are tyrants that need to be confronted. If you want to expose your child to heinous homosexual propaganda, that’s your call. If a father chooses to take a stand ***on the side of the law*** and exercises his legal rights, and if he’s arrested for it, that is HIS stand.

And his is more courageous than yours.

You can have your elitism, good luck with the legal system.

It’s up to each of us to prepare our children for the corruption that comes from the public school system and teach them what is right and what is wrong.

That way the situation we are arguing about is MOOT. My son buys and reads Michael Savage’s books and he’s 13. They can try their best, it won’t work.

I’m not worried.

Good luck.

Too little too late. Jennings is now another millstone around BO’s legacy:

OBAMA APPOINTEE KEVIN JENNINGS: FISTING AND “[F–k] ‘em” to the ...
http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2009/06/obama-appointee-kevin-jennings-fisting-and-fk-em-to-the-religious-right.html

Huffington Post is really thrilled to vindicate Kevin Jennings:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/10/06/fox-news-correction-false_n_311734.html
“The specific claim involved an accusation that Jennings had covered up “statutory rape,” based on an incident when Jennings was a teacher, when a “teenager confided in him about having sex with a stranger and Jennings didn’t report it to authorities.” Media Matters ended up proving there was no basis to the claim. Via The Plum Line: On Friday Media Matters produced what it said was the kid’s drivers license, showing that the kid was 16, legal age of consent in Massachuttes, and also produced a Facebook exchange that seemed to show that a Fox News reporter had been informed directly by the kid himself that they’d misrepresented his age.”

[So the kid was sixteen years old, and a teacher was sodomizing him? Oh, that should make us feel better. I would be confused too as a reporter.]

Obama czar’s ‘homo-genda’ proposed for U.S. schools
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2449021/posts
http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=124704
“A homosexual congressman from Colorado has proposed a law critics say would give controversial federal school safety czar Kevin Jennings – a longtime homosexual-rights advocate – almost unlimited authority to mandate indoctrination in public schools at taxpayer expense.”
[Another good article by Worldnetdaily — spelled ‘net’.]
