Sooo, does this mean when the Obotski say Birthers lost 70+ lawsuits they are just lying??? Because I am doing a series of Internet Articles on “Lies The Obotski Taught Us.”
That could be answered yes and no. Clearly, none of the lawsuits were successful in reaching their objectives. However, many were never tried on the merits because they were dismissed. So “lost” is relative, I suppose.
