What I see is the same basic facial structure, except BHO has smaller chin. Nose line is the same but the end is different. Ears line up an both flap out. BHO’s lips are fuller, but both mouths slant down on corners. Hair line is very similar. Eyes slant the same, eyebrows same. Gramps has a widows peak. I think this is a dominant gene thing, but not sure. BHO doesn’t have one.
I don’t know if the are related or not in reality, but if they are not, whoever chose Gramps looked carefully at facial structure.
