My answers are

1) if they didn't make the machine do “layers” they should have thought of it!
2) Seeings as how BOTH candidates in 2008 didn't fit the Vattel definition: it seems obvious to me that only naturalized and non-citizens are excluded under Article I qualifications for the Presidency and VicePresidency under the current interpretation of the Constitution- although I want a ruling on that!
